ABOUT ME

I have been teaching for 19 years as a Business Education Instructor, Department Head, and FBLA Adviser at Sylacauga High School. I teach the following courses:

• Accounting

• AP Computer Science Principles

• AP Computer Science A

• Business Technology Applications

• Business Technology Applications - Advanced

• Exploring Computer Science

• Career Preparedness

Prior to teaching, I worked in business.  I graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Education majoring in Office and Business Administration and minoring in literature.  Completed a Master's in Education At Athens State University in 2019 and a Master's in Educational Leadership from Samford University in 2021.  I have been married for 30 years and have three sons.
